Why choose Water?
Quality and reliability
The Gaia ozone system combines in-house production with selected components from SMC, a recognised supplier with worldwide service support. This ensures high quality, reliable operation, and long service life. Each ozone generator is monitored for gas flow and cooling water temperature to maintain stable performance and prevent overheating.
Protection and safety
Oxygen pressure is digitally regulated to protect the ozone generators from sudden pressure drops. If a generator fails, it can be replaced quickly thanks to drip-free hoses and a simple set-up. Oxygen supply and cooling water can be isolated individually for each generator to minimise downtime.
Flexibility and efficiency
A bypass function allows a faulty ozone generator to be bypassed without stopping the entire system. The Gaia ozone system also supports multiple injection points, improving ozone distribution and reducing losses caused by pressure drops.
Scalability and control
The Pacific/Gaia cabinets can be connected in parallel and controlled by the same digital pressure regulation valve when sharing one oxygen supply. Alternatively, cabinets can be separated and operated with multiple pressure regulators if required, an adjustment that can be implemented easily.
Warranty and safety assurance
Each Gaia ozone generator uses constant flow regulation via an outlet nozzle to ensure the required flow and pressure. The generator is pressure-tested at 10 bar, which reduces the risk of ozone leakage and is covered by warranty.
Patent and approvals
The Gaia ozone generator is patented and is currently undergoing approval under the EU Biocidal Regulation.
