The Gaia Cabinet is available in capacities ranging from 125 g/h to 0.5 kg/h, offered in four configurations: 125 g/h, 250 g/h, 375 g/h, and 500 g/h. The Gaia Cabinet is equipped with an integrated flow meter for water cooling, allowing both flow and temperature to be monitored in real time. An SMC oxygen regulator ensures stable pressure supply to the Gaia unit.
The ozone cell is designed to operate under varying pressure conditions, with ozone concentration controlled by a nozzle on each cell. This ensures both safe operation and stable internal pressure within the cell.
The unit features a built-in ozone sensor from OxyGuard A/S, and all valves are supplied by SMC with ozone-resistant seals for maximum durability and reliability. In addition, all operational data from Gaia can be monitored via Cobália from OxyGuard A/S.
To measure the produced ozone output (g/Nm³), an oxygen flow meter from SMC and an ozone analyzer from BMT can be supplied.
For LOX (liquid oxygen) operation, the Gaia 500 is equipped with an integrated LOXMIXER. The supplied air must meet ISO 8573.1:2010 Class 1.4.1.
